When the residential project Nötskrikan in Lugnet, Borås took shape, the goal was to create a building where materials, details, and lighting would work together to enhance the overall expression. Architects Johan Navjord and Marcus Abrahamsson describe the building as robust and visually distinctive, with materials such as stone, brick, and metal chosen for their durability and their ability to age beautifully. This strong architectural direction also required the lighting to contribute to the same thoughtful expression. |

For the façade, the classic Tratt wall luminaire was chosen and customised with an LED unit instead of a traditional E27 socket, providing soft, well-shielded light. The LED unit is also replaceable, creating a sustainable fixture with a long service life. |
On the balconies, matching painted Tratt wall luminaires were installed, these equipped with an E27 socket. |
